Ahhh….spa day. But sometimes it’s not actually possible to get away for the day. Between your visits, enjoy the home DIY encounter that has the same aroma and feel as the actual spa. Continue reading to learn how to experience a spa-cation.
THE PRODUCTS
Body
When you use the Mud Mask, the aroma will transport your mind to the actual spa. It invigorates your face and body. Oh yes, use this product all over for detoxing with the Dead Sea mineral mud and antioxidants. Apply a generous amount all over and leave on for 20 minutes.
By far, my favorite spa product is the Ginger and Sea Salt Body Rub. Through this post, I wish you could experience the aroma of how buttery soft it leaves your skin. You will be conditioned and purified with vitamin E, marine extracts, and sunflower oil. The Ginger root extract stimulates and exfoliates your skin. Imagine how wonderful this would feel on your feet.
Hands
I also use the Ginger and Sea Salt Body Rub product to exfoliate my hands. However, the Jojoba & Papaya Hand Polish is a fabulous way to slough off dead skin and moisturize the skin. Follow it with the Niacinamide & Vitamin E Hand Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 15 Sunscreen to lock in moisture. Because it’s essential to our health, I absolutely love that it has sunscreen. If you are like me and love savings, you can bundle this duo.
Although it is not part of the spa line, I love the healing and luxurious experience of the ROYAL Body Hand & Cuticle Complex.
Hair
Don’t forget your hair. The botanical created Scalp Massage and Hair Treatment is amazing. Plus, it has the added bonus of Vitamin E to condition and hydrate. Massage this into your scalp from the hairline to nape of the neck. Leave on for a minimum of 5 minutes (I keep it on for hours to enjoy the aromatherapy) then rinse thoroughly. The ginger, eucalyptus, and balm mint will purify and invigorate your scalp and helps prevent hair breakage.
Final Experience
If you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed, use the Ginger and Sea Salt Body Rub or the Scalp Massage and Hair Treatment on your wrist and breathe in regularly. Put a bit of the scalp massage behind your ears or on your temples to keep relaxation longer.
So whether you are looking for an experience between spa visits or creating a new home treatment, you will enjoy your DIY spa-cation. Give it a try, and let me know how much you love it. I would love hearing from you.
