And just like that (yeah, I just snapped my fingers), 25% of the year has flown by! Crazy, right? Are you on track with the goals you set for 2025? The bad news? Time doesn’t wait for anyone—it just keeps ticking away. But here’s the great news: we still have three-fourths of the year to make things happen! Let’s talk about the power of vision boards.

If you believe vision boards were only for January, think again. Whether you love a good digital board or prefer cutting and pasting your dreams onto a poster, keeping your goals front and center all year long is a game-changer.

Vision boards are like your personal cheerleaders. They remind you of what you want and keep you focused. Studies show that when we visualize success, we’re more likely to take action. And let’s be real, we can all use a little extra push now and then!

To create a habit, it would be a great idea to set a daily alarm on your phone for your morning and evening skincare routine. Remember, consistency is the key to aging well.

2. Exercise & Healthy Eating Goals

We all know the struggle—one minute we’re meal prepping, the next we’re ordering takeout. Or diving into unhealthy snacks. Me, too. You’re not alone in this. A vision board filled with vibrant fruits, veggies, and your ideal workout vibe can be that little nudge to stay on track. Whether it’s drinking more water, getting those steps in, or just making healthier choices, your vision board has your back!

Perhaps, creating a workout schedule would help. Let’s face it, that couch calls our name when our favorite television series is on. You can make a pact with yourself. No tv until you have done at least 15 minutes of exercise. Exercise should be fun. Don’t think traditional. It doesn’t have to be the gym, either. The body line is to move your body.

Beauty sleep is a real thing! If you’re running on caffeine and dry shampoo, it might be time to rethink your nighttime routine. Add cozy images of comfy beds, relaxing routines, or reminders to get enough zzz’s on your vision board. Your skin, energy, and mood will thank you!
