February is here, which means it’s time to embrace self-love in every way. This month, let’s go all out with TLC, pampering, and everything that brings serenity. True self-love nurtures your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You may even notice an improvement in your relationships and how you talk to yourself—because when you love yourself fully, negative self-talk takes a back seat.
