There are days that can feel overwhelming. I get it. There are so many things on a women’s to-do list. Tasks for husband, children, career, household chores, grocery shopping, cooking…. Okay, let’s stop there. I don’t want this post to stress you. Simply put, you need to learn ways to love yourself. Me, too!
The fact is, we spend so much time doing for others that we sometimes forget our own self-love. When that happens, anxiety can set in and we can become paralyzed to what to do. This is not the time to try to make self-care decisions. Our brain is on overload and can’t concentrate. With this in mind, here is a list, completely incomplete, of actions you can turn to often. Loving yourself on a regular basis may help you experience anxiety episodes less often. Preventive care is always the best practice.
