If you think makeup has just one purpose, you may want to read below. Your beauty products can do more than you think—saving you time, space, and money. Let’s take a look at a few makeup hacks.

The Basics

Before I discovered my perfect shade of foundation, I went through a trial and error period. Sometimes a shade would be too dark or too light. Instead of returning the items, I repurposed them. Dark foundations became my contouring cream. Lighter shades were my concealers to cover spots

Concealer

Speaking of concealers, I actually use mine as an eye primer. It works great! My eyeshadows remain fresh all day without creasing.

Blush

Did you know that blush can substitute for eyeshadow? Simply sweep your blush across your eyelids for a soft, natural look.

Lipstick

I realize this has the word “lips” in it, but don’t limit yourself there. Try a little color on your eyelids and let it triple as blush. What a way to create a monochromatic look.

Eyeshadow

There’s a wide range of color here. One of my favorite things to do is to use the darkest as an eyeliner. I like this because now the eyes are completely coordinated.

Eyeshadows, oddly enough, can be repurposed as nail color.

Mascara

No time to dye our hair or get to the salon? Try this makeup hack if you have the right colors.

Multi-Use Color Pigment

Apparently, Jafra had repurposing in mind when they created this product. This one product can be used for your lipstick, blush, and eyeshadow. Four colors are available to you.
