Yes! It’s finally here — the first day of autumn. Are you excited? Have you been holding out for that first pumpkin spice latte, or indulging since Labor Day?

The days may feel relaxed now, but busy holiday schedules will be here sooner than we think. Let’s resolve to make a plan today; before we’re in the thick of it. With cooler, drier air on the way, our skin (face and body) will need more TLC. Our bodies need nourishing fuel and restorative sleep. And our spirits need space for self-love.

Today is the perfect time to re-evaluate your routine and reset your beauty and wellness rituals.

Refresh Your Skincare Ritual

I’m looking forward to the cooler weather, and you may be, too. But is your skin prepared?

Cooler temps often mean drier skin. This is the season to swap out summer’s lightweight moisturizers for a richer cream. Lean into hydration serums and masks.
