Let’s kick off the new year—together! This intentionally small, one‑night retreat brings our Purple Peeps to JAFRA Headquarters for a special tour and connection time, plus a cozy overnight nearby. It’s designed to be fun, budget‑friendly, and totally doable right after the holidays.
What’s Included
- JAFRA Headquarters visit (Westlake Village): tour, meet corporate staff, and group reel creation
- Catered Friday lunch (at HQ)
- Team connection activity Friday night (reflection, laughs, light goal‑setting)
- Team gift from Evelyn (JAFRA may contribute a treat bag, too!)
What’s Not Included
- Transportation (carpool encouraged)
- Friday dinner & Saturday breakfast (we’ll pick accessible, budget‑friendly options)

- 10:00–12:00 PM • JAFRA Headquarters Tour + team introductions + recognition on “stage” in a private room
- 12:00–1:00 PM • Catered Lunch
- 1:00–2:00 PM • Group reel / photos (optional)
- 2:30–3:00 PM • Hotel check‑in (Courtyard Thousand Oaks)
- 6:00 PM • Dinner nearby (pay‑your‑own)
- 7:30–9:00 PM • Connection & celebration session, including a pajama tea party
Saturday, Jan 31
- 8:00–9:00 AM • Breakfast (hotel café or local spot)
- 9:30–11:00 AM • Optional bonus activity (I have engaging and restorative plans for us)

Address: 1710 Newbury Road, Thousand Oaks, CA 91320 You can book a private room on your own. Ask to be put with Evelyn Abernathy’s block. - Rooms Booked: 3 rooms, 2 queen beds each (2–4 people per room)
- Room Cost: $210.92 per room (tax included) — per night
- Who’s Invited: JAFRA team members (Purple Peeps) + friends as honorary Purple Peeps
- $25 Retreat Fee
- Theme: “Glow Together”. It’s not a business trip. Think of it as Girls and Giggles with a stop at home headquarters.
✨ Budget Snapshot (per‑person, one night):
• 2 per room → $105.46 each
• 3 per room → ~$70.31 each (one person may pay $70.30 to balance the penny)
• 4 per room → $52.73 each
RSVP
- RSVP Deadline: TBD (recommend: Friday, December 19, 2025) However, an RSVP ASAP is highly preferred. I need time to secure your swag bags and give a final number to the caterer.
- Payment: Pay your room share at the hotel. Reservations for 3 rooms are on my credit card. $25 Retreat fee due by December 19, made payable to Evelyn Abernathy. Payment options will be available soon.
- Spots are limited (only 3 rooms—first come, first served!). If I hear from you early enough, I can add more rooms.
