Sunscreen for the Body
REMEMBER TO PROTECT THE BODY
Whether you’re headed to the beach, lake, pool, park, or your backyard, be sure to protect the entire family with sunscreen.
Broad spectrum sunscreen is important for the body, too. Broad spectrum means it protects from UVA (which causes aging) and UVB (which causes burning and increases risk of skin cancer). An SPF of 30 – 50 is ideal. Apply sunscreen at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. BTW: The spray-on in the picture isn’t available, but you will love the lightweight lotion formula.
Babies under 6 months should not wear sunscreen. Be sure to keep these precious ones in the shade.
