What happens when your skincare concerns go beyond what the cosmetic industry typically offers? During my two decades as a skin educator, I have worked with many clients who suffered with eczema. Several of my Jafra colleagues have assisted women with rosacea. First, I must mention that Jafra makes no medical claims. We are a cosmetic company, not in the medical field. However, our products are beauty, health, and wellness. We have helped control medically related skin concerns. Our miracle/signature ingredient of Royal Jelly play a huge role in the health of your skin.
An easy answer to that question is any skincare condition (facial or body) that I would recommend a visit to the dermatologist. These would include, but definitely not limited to:
Here is why I recommend a doctor’s visit. Although I will ask you several questions during our initial consultation, there may be medical related questions that I wouldn’t know to ask. My questions would include the following. Follow-up questions would continue.
Your doctor will ask questions related to your health. Lab work may be requested to look further into what’s happening in your body. A specialists may be recommended. Can you see the difference in my service versus your doctor’s? We help you in two different ways. Both of us are committed to alleviating your medically related skin concerns.
With that said, let’s look at our next steps together according to the above mentioned conditions.
ACNE: For mild to moderate acne, a trip to the doctor’s office may not be necessary. I have several tips to combat this common skin condition. Depending upon our consultation, the complete Clear Smart skincare line may be recommended. Other times, one of our other Royal skincare lines would be the suggested product. But I’d recommend adding the acne blemish treatment.
SKIN CANCER: Your doctor and oncologist is the only one I would recommend for this. After your treatments is when I come in. With any chemo treatment, extreme dry skin persists. There are several facial and body products to address this. We’d find one that’s customized for you. I would also highly recommend our facial and body sun protection products.
ECZEMA: This would depend on the severity of the condition. Most of my eczema clients have been successful diving directly into the JAFRA products I recommend. But there’s always that 5% range. If that’s where you land, I have a non-Jafra product suggestion that works great. I have great respect for pharmaceutical needs. However, there is so much value in going drug-free when you can. Once the eczema is controlled, there are several Jafra products that maintains the health of your skin.
My daughter had this condition as a baby. One of our product lines got rid of it completely. Eczema resurfaced again during puberty. Again, we were able to grab a handle on the situation.
ROSACEA: Although I haven’t helped any of my clients with this condition, I have heard product recommendation from my fellow leaders. They have had great success helping others with this condition.
PSORIASIS: I haven’t had personal experience assisting a client with this one yet. Also, stories haven’t circulated from my colleagues. But I am confident that I can be of assistance.
The medical field and beauty industry help you with concerns in different ways. Sometimes, we are independent of each other. Oftentimes, I see better results when you partner with both. Together, we will assist you with your medically related skin concerns.
If you or someone you know is experiencing any type of skin condition, let’s schedule a consultation.
